Please be reassured however bad this pandemic gets we will ALWAYS ensure patients can access their medications. Our GPs and staff are set up to work remotely should that be necessary and the essential function of processing prescriptions will not cease.
We need your help at this challenging time:
- Please DO NOT request prescriptions more than 2 weeks early; they won’t be processed
- Please request medications via online access or NHS App wherever possible as this speeds up the processing time and reduces workload burden on our administration team
- Prescriptions will be sent to your nominated pharmacy, YOU CANNOT collect from the practice
- Your pharmacy will be sent 2 x 2 months’ supply in most cases via electronic repeat dispensing. This will avoid needing to reorder so often
If you have patient access please log on and book a telephone appointment with one of the GP’s – there are plenty of telephone appointments available
The practice will not provide a medical certificate for patients requiring self-isolation for coronavirus. Please use the attached letter.

Routine face to face appointments 13/3/20
Please be aware that from today, 13th March 2020, all routine face to face appointments have had to be cancelled in line with Public Health guidance regarding the coronavirus situation.
Please do not come to the surgery unless this is by prior arrangement as you will be unable to access our building to book an appointment or to collect your prescription. This is to reduce the infection risk to our patients and staff.
In the first instance, please use our econsult service on this website. We can also offer video consultations.
If you have Patient Access available to you, then you can send us a message or request your repeat medication.
